Tired of working with high pressure, agency salespeople trying to make their quotas?  Tara works with you to find the most qualified candidate for your office.  Instead of flooding you with unqualified applicants, she will send experienced people that are the right match for your position. 


Phase 1 - Initial Consultation: In collaboration with you, Tara will personally assess which specific skills you are looking for in your applicant.  We will identify the best fit, personality-wise, for the style of your office.

Phase 2 - Identify the Candidates: Tara will organize and assemble the applicants that are most qualified for your position and either e-mail or fax the resumes to you.  Tara will personally give you insight into each applicant and explain why that applicant will be a good match for your office.

Phase 3 - The Interview Process: Once the applicant pool is identified, YOU will choose the quality applicants you would like to interview and Tara will schedule
all interviews for you.  If you want assistance during the interview process, she will come to your office and help with the interviews.

Phase 4 - Placement: After the applicant is chosen, their professional references will be e-mailed to you for your personnel file.  If you require a background check, please ask.  Background checks are completed through First Public Records. 
The results will be e-mailed to you.

The Change Agent Staffing GUARANTEE

2-week free trial:  You will have two weeks to try out your new employee. After the
two weeks, upon confirmation that the placement is a success, the invoice will be
mailed to you.

60 day guarantee:  If the applicant leaves or you fire them in the first 60 days, you are entitled to a free replacement, or a portion of the pro-rated fee returned to you. 

If the fee is larger than $8,000 the guarantee is extended to 90 days.

Fees & Payment: The fee for permanent placement is 10% of the applicant’s first year salary. 

For example, if the salary is $45,000, the fee would be $4,500. You will have 30 days to pay the invoice.  Payment arrangements can be made, if necessary. A 5% late fee will be added to all past due invoices
